1. Shamrock Stick Measuring--Measure the height of the St. Patrick Day hats
using the shamrock stick. You may want to find more things at home to measure
with it as well.
2. Count and Compare--Sort out the St. Patrick Day symbols by their type. Use
them to answer the questions on the Shamrock Symbols Count and Compare
wipe off sheet.
3. Rhyming Words--Match the leprechaun card with its rhyming word pot of gold
card.
4. Lucky Sevens--Match together the shamrock pairs that when added together
equal the number seven.
5. Writing--Complete the writing activity telling what you would wish for if a
leprechaun granted you a wish. Draw a picture to go with it.
6. Contraction Match--Match the pot of gold with the contraction to its correct
rainbow card.
7. Compound Words--Match two cards to create compound words.
